One definition of fitness having enough energy to complete all the tasks one knows one must do, plus a reserve to be able to overcome any emergency one can reasonably expect.
On March 22, the method the coaches have chosen to test your fitness is the beep test. This is a series of 20 meter runs done continuously with each set of runs requiring completion in less time than the previous set.
